Cardio Work Out - 3 Tips For a Beginner

No wonder people get so confused about losing weight, there are so many programs, information and exercise plans available. Sometimes it is just easier to forget about it. One thing you can be sure of though is that you will lose weight by doing a cardio work out. If you have been struggling to lose weight or if you are lost as to where you should start, read these three tips to get the best work out you can:

1. Length of time for each cardio workout.

To get the best you can from each session. Work smarter not harder. Interval training will burn far more calories than walking on a treadmill or by using an elliptical machine. Hand weights and free body weight exercises take a lot more energy to complete. Don't get me wrong, walking is fabulous but if you truly want to move unwanted fat look at incorporating strength training with your cardio workout.

2. Vary The Exercises.

There is a huge variety of exercises for the major muscle groups as well as the small ones. Take a piece of paper, list the major and smaller muscle groups. Next find an exercise or two for each group. Vary the exercises over the 3-4 days. Change your exercise plan every four weeks or so.

3. Time To Get A Proper Plan In Place

The other thing that I strongly recommend is that you purchase an exercise plan online. This is far more cost effective than buying big bulky exercise equipment, joining gym memberships or getting the advice of personal trainers. A proper plan will give you the best cardio work out and fitness information you can get.
